  • How do I find the events?

    We are sign posted from all major routes around the sites; for SatNavs our postcode for the South Beds Country Show is LU5 6LA and the Steam & Country Fare is SG18 9DX

  • What time to the gates open?

    Gates open at 9am and close at 5pm each show day

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Dogs on leads are welcome, please remember to clean up after your dog and don't leave them in your car.

  • Is the ground uneven?

    Old Warden Park is established park land and as such uneven pretty much all over. Each year we have many visitors who have difficulty walking and with mobility scooters and they get around without problems

  • Are refreshments available on site?

    There is a licensed bar, catering outlets and a food hall within the event.

  • Weekend Caravan & Camping


    A Camping Ticket covers up to 2 Adults & 2 Children (under 16) in a caravan / motorhome / tent. Any additional adults/ children will be charged for (see form). Daily show admission is included in the price.
    The public campsite opens at 12 noon on Thursday 14th September until 12 noon on Monday 18th September. There are water points, toilets and Elsan disposal units on site but no electric hook-up facilities. Dogs on leads are welcome. Advanced Booking Form

  • Disabled and Carer Concession

    If you are disabled and have a carer and want to come to the rally, you pay the usual entrance fee and your carer gets in free. Simply tell the entrance gate staff. You may be asked for verification. Please be aware the ground is uneven (e.g. grass/dirt track)

  • Can I download an entry form to exhibit?

    No. All entries are by invitation only, applications must be made in writing following the procedure outlined on the exhibitors section of our Rally Page. Photocopies are not accepted. All forms must be returned by post.
